Prices, sizes, payment plans and handover dates on this site come from developers' price lists and documents and are updated regularly, with their date shown. They are information to help you choose, not an offer or a contract. The developer's sale and purchase agreement alone sets the terms of any purchase. Currency amounts other than Omani rials are conversions at the rate and date shown.

Our role

Omanzil is a real estate advisory and brokerage. We are paid by developers; our advice to buyers is free. We are not lawyers, tax advisers or lenders; where you need them, we say so.
